Terms of Service

• The Client is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring that all Roblox Toolbox, community-created, or other third-party assets used in the project comply with applicable platform rules, licenses, and legal requirements. The Service Provider does not audit or warrant the compliance of such assets.
• The Service Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the ownership, licensing, validity, or non-infringement of any third-party content and expressly disclaims any liability arising from the use of such materials.
• The Service Provider shall not be liable for any actions taken by Roblox or any other platform, including but not limited to content removal, account suspension, demonetization, feature restrictions, policy changes, or enforcement actions.
• All services are provided on a best-effort basis. No guarantees are made regarding specific features, performance, stability, monetization, user engagement, or player counts, and no outcomes are implied beyond the agreed scope of work.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services—whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise—shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the applicable order.
